However, to qualify a replacement, items should be unused and unworn, in their original packaging and in saleable condition. Returns should be made within 7 days from the delivery, with the retail receipt.
In this case, the customer pays the transportation cost for the return.
The replacement will be made as long as we process the returned item, within 7 days. You will be notified via email when the replacement has taken place.
Due to these handmade products, we don’t offer refund at retail or wholesale items, but we offer repair or replacement, regarding the conditions that may apply.
